for not bringing over the sweeeeeet Avant....but c'est la vie, I'm pretty sure got over that the first time I saw this s4 at the dealership a while back...placed an order a few weeks ago for a 2011 meteor grey, prestige, dual clutch , expected late July....even though its not far away, this wait is going to be terrible....pictures when it comes...cheers!

I like the Avant, but I think Audi is smart enough to realize it wouldn't be profitable for them in the US market. The S4 is already low production...an S4 avant would be even more of a niche market.

I just can't bring myself to like the avant. It completely ruins the S4's awesome lines. And for god's sake, if I spend 50k+ on a car, I don't want it to look like a station wagon!!

I would have bought the Avant for sure if it's available here. However I still applaud Audi for limiting production of the S4 and not make it as widely available as the 335 or C350. By the way, does anyone know how may 2010 S4 are produced and how many are alloted to US and Canada?

Aww but that's the fun! No one suspects the wagon...u can pack it up and road trip anywhere....used to drive from CA to PA for college in the b6...it fits a large dog and multiple fly rods so comfortably...its like the old grand national, wolf in sheep's clothing, a great sleeper...but...I can't wait to the b9 sedan...
