IMO, 'Exclusive' means the 3,000 allocated to the US per year. Then divide that by the number of dealers, with some getting more allocation than others.

Poor selling has nothing to do with being or not being exclusive. If they aren't selling as much and there would be more on the lot to choose from as well as allocation when you walk in the door to order the exact car you want.

Therefore, I think the allocation is there across the board on all models, with the high volume/bigger markets getting larger allocations for 'exclusive' vehicles like the S and RS lines.

it's only been a week. calm down, you'll get your car in due time. many of us on here waited upwards of 5 months in order to get our cars.

The wait was tough for sure, I hope that they get you allocated asap.

When I ordered I went a different route and contacted the Audi area sales manager to put in a order. They can and sometimes will get an allocation sent to whatever dealer you want, this allowed me to bypass the dealer allocation to input the order.

If you do not have results with the dealer try an find out who the area sales manager is and chat with them about options. They are in the business to sell cars and will most likely do whaterver it takes to get the car to you.

well the good news is I heard from my contact late last night on this and the word is that they will get an S4 allocated to me today or by Monday. The way it sounded was that they are possibly going through the ASM to do this but I feel so much better now
