I don't think there are any lease terms available yet on the 2011 3-Series and won't be for another month. For me, leasing a 2011 335i sedan is out of the question. The facelifted 2009+ E90 model is basically unchanged from my current car which only has 30K miles on the odometer. So it makes little sense to lease a new one for $600+ per month if I can buy my car with CPO warranty for $25K.
