Do you regret getting MT?

No regrets whatsoever... I prefer to have more control over what gear I start in and when I shift and what gear I shift into.. much greater control for inclement weather driving in my opinion (and that's the main perk of Quattro, no?)
The transmission in this car is pretty effortless to drive with too, so that's a bonus... leaps and bounds over any previous MT equipped Audi I've owned or driven

I love this transmition. Smooth as silk! All my previous cars were five speeds and occasionally I mis shift from five back into four instead of six, however living in a rural area I do not use six gear often. I would say I am impressed with acceleration from six gear even at lower rpm.

6MT AWD is what makes this car unique in the world of in-car
eating and drinking slushers that get MT deletion with AWD.
Audi S4 and Acura TL about only options nowadays, with the latter
hindered by impractical trunk space and no folding rear seats. As
for a 335 XDrive gimme a break, BMW comfort ends at driver's seat.
The 5 series of course, just like Lexus, Caddy, and Ford lose the
6MT in AWD.
Looking forward to my Meteor Gray Prestige rear diff in Fall,
not a week goes by without a peek here or on the Zine.

I love every minute of driving my 6MT. I considered the TL also, but GODDAMN that's one hell of an ugly car. Pure bliss revving through the gears on the S4!

5 out of my previous 6 cars were MT (including my last), and I have no regrets getting DSG in my 2011 S4. Especially when I'm driving in this...

No regrets whatsoever. Bought the S4 to get the mt specifically. I used to have a 325 (mt) and s2k. When daughter no.1 came along, the s2k went. When no.2 came, the BMW went. Got an MDX, which was a very nice appliance, but I missed having a car.
IMO the S4 has a superior gearbox than the E90, and is only a 1/2 step behind the s2k.
Has anyone done a gb fluid change yet?

E90 DCT is actually really good... I drove SMG1 SMG2 and DCT and i like all 3 more than the s tronic... could be just because of the way BMW has it setup with no Park just neutral, +/- and the ability to tap to auto but all the time default set to manual. I didnt like the DSG "automatic" look with park as a feature
