I noticed this yesterday when Zerin came by the house and he had the S4 loaner. His build was 12/09 I believe and mine is 3/10 build date.

The earlier build car had round exhaust tips that were staggered and mine had the slash cut (oval) tips that were angled to match the rear valance.

Not sure if this has been mentioned before or not but thought I would mention it.

Yup! Great observation by Nick but the exhaust tips are completely different on the loaner I have vs. his recent build S4.

Well thats the thing, I'm not convinced it has to do with build date. All the early press shots show the same tips as Nick's car. I have no idea whats up with the tips on this one.

well since it's a loaner maybe the dealer did something?

Nope, they haven't added any accessories to the car...it's still got the sticker/add-ons list on it and he only ones are rubber mats.

Maybe they're not stock? Mine are oval - Oct 09 build date.
