My 2010 s4 dsg stall today and had to be towed with epc light on. I have 26000 miles and this is the first time the car had to be towed. It seemed like missfire and no power. Car was towed to princeton Audi.

Have you had your water pump or thermostat replaced yet?

Yes replaced both. Dealer called stated its a faulty fuel pump.

My '09 Q5 is also getting the EPC ECL light combo. It could be because my GF hit a post and knocked loose the CC radar.
Weird that it didn't start giving this message until quite some time after this happened.
I'm finally getting around to having the radar recalibrated.

THIS JUST IN: GF just called while I was typing this exact post, car stalled on the road while making a turn.
It seems something else might be the problem after all. I know it does kick when shifting to D and throttling up.
I think when I ran the VAGCOM I saw a gearshift sensor problem come up.
A few years ago I had the tranny flushed and bad sludge came out...
