Very nice GIAC tune, congrats...

12.062 @ 114.987mph

So Race gas = 100 octane or 104 octane?

DA 450 Dragtimes - 3000 miles - intake, tune, exhaust, 100 octane - ESP/ASR off
1.7470 60ft
5.0713 330ft
7.7848 1/8 mile
91.36 1/8 mph
??.???? 1000 foot et
12.0694 1/4 time
116.82 mph

Does your DSG hangup often? I assume you are using launch control from the pre rev on the vids? Did you try just hammering the gas? You'll run better 60's and probably would have run an 11.9x if you passed on LC IMO... Do you have any vag logs you can share... timing, timing retard, boost, requested boost, bypass, iat's, etc would be nice to see... Also, just curious are you a GIAC employee? What's next for the car? Gonna be a fun spring for the platform...

Nice Primetime. On 100oct. It took me many tries to get the LC down. I did do just a normal just floor it and it was an epic fail @13.9 lol. No I dont work for GIAC I have just been a long time customer. I have had tons of Audi's I used to work for Audi as well. I also have a fully built B5 S4 with RS6 turbos and built motor.

Primetime do you have the 034 HFC? When installing the dp's we noticed that stock dp it is choked up top.

Next: I need to lower the car asap. It looks like we are going off roading. I want HFC and put my volks on it to try to dip into the 11 mark. I was thinking in Jan. We will see.

Interesting on the launch w/o LC... I can cut 1.6x 60's all day... Also, most DSG guys that have LC get better launches w/o using it... maybe they need a better technique? Since I don't have it I'm not sure...

Anyway, yes I have the 034 HFC's on my car... I wouldn't recomend them but there not as bad as I and others have made them out to be... Do NOT get their spacers!!! Get some strat ones as they have been on mine since the spring and I haven't had any CEL's... Oh and the above numbers were run last Nov. 2010 not this year and at the time I had the strat intake, mitlek non-res with downpipes, and APR 100 tune... no other mods...

My current setup is a custom intake, miltek non-res exhaust, 034 HFC's, APR CPS, APR pulley, and APR tune along with BBS CHR's which are 11 lbs per wheel lighter than stock... Best pass is below... car also went 11.84 and 11.87 at 118+ that day...

DA 550 Dragtimes - 5725 miles - intake, tune, exhaust, pulley, cps, 034 hfc's 100 octane - ESP/ASR off
1.6522 60ft
4.9122 330ft
7.5725 1/8 mile
93.89 1/8 mph
9.8673 1000 foot et
11.7933 1/4 time
116.39 mph

Will be porting the blower, some possible intake work, and a few lighter components are up next for me as I don't drive the car in the winter... Oh and a APR retune as well...

So you don't data log the car or you can't share? I have no problem sharing mine Looking forward to more of your results... What did it dyno by the way? I made 361 on a Mustang dyno with all the mods minus the CPS and intake... Oh and I owned a B5 prior to the B8 as well... later Ron

Nice Primetime. I didn't get the dyno numbers on Friday I was too worried about getting to the track. I should have everthing tomorrow, as far as plots and #'s. I think with a few more tweeks here and there we will be in mid 11's

Thanks for sharing your info with me. Too many emotions over on AZ. hahaha

When you say a few more tweeks, what kind of tweeks are you referring to?

Your signature states that you are a GIAC dealer.
