Nice to see the Audi was so well aligned...this is the first alignment report I've seen on the B8 S4.
My Infiniti M45 was delivered with the customers option to have the car aligned by the dealership as part of the "included" first round of service...it was WAY out of alignment from the factory. Surprised my dealership didn't check that out as the car was being prepared for delivery. Especially considering the manufacturer was admitting it needs to be checked...in so many words.
+1 again for the Audi!

I don't know of any dealers that check alignment before customer delivery. Also, i usually don't trust OEM alignments from the factory as sometimes they can be off a little or off a lot. My recent alignment was pretty good from the factory. However, every car is probably different and i wanted something slightly more aggressive than OEM settings.
So, while the tires are still new on the car its worthwhile getting an alignment.

Camber/caster cannot be adjusted on the front OEM suspension. The factory set it like this to compensate for "Road Crowning". You'll notice the Caster is different as well for the same reason.

Ya, the car overall feels more planted to the pavement. Note, i was only pushing 50-60% effort thru the canyons immediately after the alignment since i only got 400 miles on the car and tried not to push it above 5500 RPM and i didn't push it hard enough for the traction control to kick in...
My alignment guy said if i wanted faster steering response, he could play with the toe settings a bit on the front wheels.... I might take up his offer after i put more miles on the car.
