Thought I'd share pics after finally getting tints on the S4. 40% tint front and rear. I wanted to be sure not to go too dark since the car's already black on black.

Pics are from today (cloudy) after getting a quick car wash and before it gets dirty again from the snow!

Even 40% looks dark with that combo. I'm taking my car in this week to get it tinted, and I'll either do 40 or even 50%. Looks good!

Can you do a closeup of the rear window. I have the same car with 35% all around. I'm not real happy with the rear tints on my car, but I'd like to compare to see if it's just "as good as it gets".

Just curious what kind of issues your having with the tint? Is it on the rear glass or the rear sides?

Rear glass - the guy that did my tints was complaining about how hard Audi's are to do and I wasn't happy with how the rear came out. The cuts aren't clean and it's a little bubbly in places.

Just curious why he thought Audi's were so difficult? The back glass doesn't seem that curved compared to some other cars.

I'm not sure - he commented on the difficulty of reaching the base of the rear windows. He came highly recommended - maybe I'm just being too critical - but I almost want to take them off.

Ben, I'll try to take good pictures of the rear glass tomorrow. The tints are still fairly new (just 2 days old), so they haven't completely cured yet. But for now, everything looks great. The rear glass is done in a single piece with no seams or bubbles.
