Using WatchNut's site, I paid exactly $245 *under* invoice on December 30, 2009, though the sales manager says my price was right at invoice. I dunno. My MSRP, itself, was $300 less than this site's MSRP ($56,075 vs. 56,380)! Maybe shipping/destination charges or the way they price options went up. But, more likely the site is incorrect on some details. In the end, I paid $52,250 for a car that now has an invoice of $52,495, according to the site.

My secret? Long time customer, dealer screwed up my orignal order, etc. Regardless, I think I got a good deal...

Ditto. I went with that dealer and they ordered a my 2010 car for me, no problems, at the ZAG price quoted. It'll be a nice road trip back.

I used ebaymotors. Go to new vehicles and search audi s4 and at the top of the page there will be an icon that states build a audi s4 at a great price. I was able to get $300 over invoice. The price was even actually better when I went into the dealership because ebay was a little higher on the invoice. Hopefully the BMW rebate is still in effect when I pick up the car because I would actually be paying 450 under invoice. I ordered the car from bell audi in jersey and so far no complaints. The dealerships in NYC/Long Island area were much higher.

Got word from my SA on friday that the car is set to arrive the week of June 7th!!!!
