How to transfer playlists from iTunes to SD card?

In iTunes, you can convert them like this:
(1) go to Preferences, General, then click Import Settings
(2) Set "Import Using" to "MP3 Encoder"
(3) For "Setting", I suggest picking Custom and specifying the following:
Stereo Bit Rate: 320 kbps
Sample Rate: Auto
Channels: Stereo
Stereo Mode: Normal
This will produce bigger files but the quality will be better. Of course, if the AACs you're converting are of a lower quality to begin with, you'll be wasting space. But it'll work.
(4) Click OK, OK, OK.
(5) Click on any song you want to convert, then go to the Advanced menu, and click "Create MP3 Version". All done.
