Default I know color choice is highly personal, but

do any of you have, or have you seen, a sprint blue S4 with the black + tuscan brown silk nappa seats? Does that combination work or is it nausea inducing?

Like you said, color choice is personal, IMHO i think the only two tone seat that looks good in sprint blue is the white. But hey, to each his own.

This thread has sprint blue with red/black interior. I'm not a fan of it. I could photoshop the red to look more brown if you would like.

Actually, by the way those pictures turned out, it almost looks like the black/brown combo. Not a fan at all. I agree that the only two-tone that looks good with Sprint Blue is Black/Silver (enough so that I ordered it )

agreed. i think black and brown would go well with a black car, maybe.....maybe a grey

If you like it, go for it. It is your car after all!. In my case, I thought the Sprint Blue looked better with black silk nappa seats.
