Default intermittent p2006 12 s4

I have been getting an intermittent p2006 code lately. The charger has not been off in over a year, so I know the flaps were not installed incorrectly. Doing my research lead me to a vacuum leak hunt, where I did not find any cracking or leaks on everything going to bank 1. After tons of fun in the driveway double checking everything, I cleared the code, and tried to make it come back while running live data through vcds. The car ran fantastic, builds boost normally, didn't throw any codes, vacuum looked normal, and it was like there was never an issue. There isn't a condition I can say it happens at, I have had it pop up driving like a grandma to work, and one other time after a trip on the highway. Could my actuator be on its way out possibly? Looking for some help on where to go from here before I bring it to someone. Normally I would be around 19.5-19.9 psi (5280ft elevation) and when the code popped the other day I only noticed it because it felt like an na car and noticed it was only making 5.5 psi, all numbers are from a boost tap and not requested numbers.

Car is a 2012 dsg 99k, dual pulley IE tuned ecu & tcu, IE TB, and all supporting mods. Maintenance is up to date as well, although may be time for carbon cleaning
