it's on it's way...
I ordered my 2011 Audi S4 on 7/23/2010 in brilliant black with sport differential, S-Tronic, 19" wheels, B&O stereo and black nappa leather seats. Of course, supercharged badges on the fenders.
My salesman at Audi of Huntington tells me it's on it's way, next week. I believe that's pretty quick.

You're serious? I ordered 1 week before you, mine is estimated Nov 15 right now. Hasn't even been built yet.

I can relate! I ordered mine on 7-19, though in a special order color (Jet Blue), so that added to the ETA (currently 12-13). I also went Prestige, S-Tronic, Titanium, ADS, ASA, Carbon Inlays and the Black/Silver Nappa. The wait is a killer ...

Im surprised also, The assigned production was 9/27. The requested production week was 9/06 by the dealer. Huntington Audi has always been good to me on all my purchases. Jim Karcher always keeps me in the loop and is always right on target.

I was told by the dealer that when you put in a order for your car, there is a chance you get it sooner than the estimated 2-3 months. They can look at the cars already in production and if they find one that's almost exactly the way you want it, they make a change here & there. At least that's what my dealer said will try to do for me since they know I'm using a rental until the car comes in.
