It's a software feature from Audi that they didn't tell us about. The only reason I found out (I'm the OP on audizine) was because I was at raven motorsports getting my spacers and Matt, who used to be an Audi tech for Audi, told me it's the same launch control as the A3 and R8 (yeah, two very different cars haha)

Isn't it kind of strange that Audi would incorporate a somewhat significant feature into the new DSG software and make absolutely no announcement or advertisement whatsoever? It's not like I've looked for it in the manual or anything, but I doubt it's in there as well.
