has anyone tested this yet? As far as the quarter mile times go, the fastest 60 foot times are all non launch control guys. They are also the biggest power guys though.
Would love to have a greater toronto area B8 S4 that I could attach my pbox to and let the owner do a couple of launches using LC and a couple regular...and see what works best.
Everyone I know with a B8 S4 is either manual (no LC) or 2010 (no LC)

I tried it for the first time on my 2013 after 1400miles on it. It was pretty brutal. It almost felt like I got rear ended lolz. Anyways, I agree it's a good show-off tool and thats what I imagine I'd be using it for.
As others have said, I can't imagine it being so great for the car's mechanics.

pocorn for what? For some testing data being gathered?
I'm in the west end so we could do it on any number of quiet industrial spots out here. Or you could come with us when we head to the dragstrip in October. There are a few of us with B5/B6/B7/B8 S4s and a couple of M3s etc that are going.
Keep an eye on this thread if you want to do that.
Otherwise, PM me and we can meet up somewhere if you're out this way, or at a meet or something some other time if you're not.
