No, NOT NORMAL at all, I echo talking to the sales manager, or even AOA and asking why the account is blocked which has YOUR car associated with it.

I asked AoA they told me to ask my dealer, in which when i spoke to my new SA they told me they know nothing, when i go to pick it up im going to talk to the manager This has been ridiculous.

Has anyone else experienced the SA not knowing when the car will be at the dealer, they gave me a 5 day time frame, im going away on the weekend so im really hoping it comes sooner. I assumed when they track a car they have a little more information then "yeah sometimes between wed and monday"....

This dealer sounds absolutely abhorrent. I would have walked away from them long ago... as others in this thread have stated get the GM or AOA involved. Did you just call AOA customer service and ask this or did you go higher up?

Just customer service, like i stated before, its not that they are trying to F*** me over, but it seems like they cant get things straight.

I just want my damn car already, as long as the price is right, it comes and its not scratched what can i do, i complained and got the price down pretty low.

I just want to make sure this isnt just me and that its a weird situation.

They do have to give an estimate on day of delivery, there is no way to know how many other cars the truck it's on has to deliver elsewhere, when it does rail unload to the truck, etc.

On the other aspects they have no excuse.

Is there a way they calculate the lease payment, or can they raise it to what they feel they want it to be?

for 2011-6mt-B&O-19 tri- Nav- sport diff- 36 month- 15k miles

car for invoice- they said it should be 760 a month, does that sound right, i saw someone had a lower price, idk if they stuck any BS in mine.
