Yakima is closer to Seattle than Portland is.

Default Residual not correct for this program

Running a lease with those numbers you'd get a before tax payment of $599/month. Looking at the audi site the math shows they are only taking a couple hundred of the msrp so this isn't a great deal, they are just using a very large cap cost reduction to make a monthly payment that seems low.

You're much better off not putting money down and having a payment somewhere in the $600's.

The best thing you can do is negotiate the cost of the car. Once that's done make sure the money factor and residual are in line with the numbers above. If all three of those things happen and you are happy with the negotiated price of the car then you got a good deal.
The advertised Audi lease deal is 10k/yr for 36 mos. That residual is 53%, yielding a payment of $620.50 not including sales tax with the cap reduction specified. Doesn't sound like anything to get excited about. As someone else said, forget the cap reduction, negotiate a deal maybe $750-1000 over invoice, and hold them to the base rate of .00107 and residual either 15k/yr at 50%, 12k/yr at 52%, or 10k/yr at 53%.

When Audi sets up a regional lease, it's only "suggested" that a participating dealer use those numbers. In that case, things can be tinkered with. When a dealer sets up his/her own lease package, that is often their best deal. But in any case, everything is negotiable when push comes to shove. If you live in a larger metropolitan area with several dealers to chose from, often you are in the driver's seat by making these dealers compete for your business. With my last three leases, I used the regional lease program as a starting point, and deducted what I could with a dealer most willing to go down from there.
