Congrats and enjoy. Just wondering if there is any option you didn't get? Not that it matters. What brand of car have you been driving in the interim?

I think the only option the car could have had would have been drive select, but I see sports differential as being sufficient for my purposes and it saves nearly $3,000. I previously drove a 2005.5 B7 S4 that I absolutely loved but got tired of shifting gears during my commute and traded it for a 2006 A6 4.2 S-line. Since then, I've been driving Toyota Tacomas and Honda Accords; not necessarily by choice.

I've sat and watch the S4 evolve since I last owned one and while I was really disappointed by the replacement of the 4.2 engine but I found that I loved the 3.0TFSI once I drove it.

Oddly enough, my new S4 wasn't a car that I ordered, nor was it a sold order that was reneged on. Len Stoler in Maryland happened to order my new car for inventory and was nice enough to dealer trade with Flow Audi in Winston-Salem so that I could have it. (They got a really nice A7 in return).

Sounds like a twin to my car, except I have the silver alcantara. Congrats & enjoy!

A few pics of the new S4 cleaned and ready for me to pick up tomorrow. Thanks to Will at Flow Audi Winston-Salem for making it even harder for me to sleep tonight.

Nice car! I bought my 2010 A5 S-line from there and it was parked in that EXACT same spot ...those guys are great!

Make sure to go on their annual track day at VIR, you'll have a blast!

Nice looking ride. I have, on order, an S4, premium in a 6 spd manual. Mine is due first week in March supposedly out of the final allocation from the factory.

I've been in an '06 A6 since I got it new. I am going to keep the A6 as the wife has never Let me (or anyone else) teach her to drive a stick. I love my A6. 130K on it now and just routine maintenance. I am putting in new front control arms this week as well as a tune.

I can't wait to get into those seats on the S4 and run through 6 manual spds again!! Wooo Hoo!!

Good luck with your very sweet looking ride.

The most painless delivery ever. Will Reifsteck from Flow Audi Winston-Salem made everything seamless...until I showed up and my S4 was parked next to a white 5.2 R8 Spyder that stickered for $186K and I considered selling my soul. Seriously, I live in Charlotte, NC and formerly worked for Audi of Charlotte about 7 years ago. I had the choice of any major southeastern dealers and they (Flow Audi) did for me what nobody else would do. The car is amazing.

Will someone let me know the best air intake to replace the stock restrictive box?
