By the time I got it, and headed home, it was time to spend a little bit of time with my daughter (18 months old) and put her to bed, then dinner, and some time with my wife. I took a few interior pics this AM in the garage, but I need sunlight, they look like crap.
Fog should lift here and be sunny today, they are coming I promise!

Ok here goes, thanks for the patience!
So I wanted it last night not today, and for that to happen I had to take it as is - no debadging yet, and no filler plate for the front. I'll get to those this weekend as well as the lights (and hopefully my MATS show up too).

Took most of these for the shots of the Gray Birch, since I haven't really seen much of that yet.
OK some feedback:
Still have only barely gotten over 3K RPM, but the pull is strong - me like!
I got sport diff and no ADS, so I have the Lite version. I have my individual settings done, where steering and Diff are dynamic, and engine/throttle/shifting is auto.
Car always reverts to Auto on startup, Audi said this is due to the EPA, and if they allowed it to be stateful, they would have had to do more tests for MPG and average those, which would obviously suck - so they didn't
Since I have not pushed it hard yet, I cannot comment really much on the diff or throttle, but I can tell the throttle and shifting (while in Auto) are very responsive to how much gas you give. Light on the pedal is short shifting and VERY easy takeoff from a standstill. Mediu pedal will make the DSG grab instantly off the line, it's very visceral and nice!
Sterring I can give feedback on. Auto is pretty much like how any modern car feels. While ADS Lite doesn't affect the ratio, it DOES very much change the feedback. On Dynamic, at low speeds the assist from the power steering is much less, and it takes some actual umph to turn the wheel under 10 mph. Very nice and responsive, yet in Auto or Comfort at highway speeds, you get the floating senstation like older Buick and Cadillacs are known for. Most call it "numb" but not tiring if you had to drive it like this on long trips.
