Default One dollar for doing JD Power survey?
Just want to share with you guys. I received the quality survey form. Surprisingly it includes one dollar cash in the envelop. Is that a common practice now?

The return envelop is postage prepaid. Ya. weird. Actually it took me a while to make sure it is a real bill.

Haha yeah it's pretty common. I always get excited cause they always give you a new crisp bill! lol

I've received a survey and a crisp $1 bill for each of the new cars I've leased in the last 10 years.

It's a guilt thing. They figure since they gave you money up front, you'll feel you have to complete the survey.

Yes, it's a common practice from JD Power. I've been getting surveys for the past couple of years and they all included fresh-printed dollar!

1 dollar for 10 minutes of your time: $6/hr.
I was offered $40 to take a 15 minute survey from Invisalign: $160/hr.

Funny thing is, I declined the $40 and I remember filling out the $1 survey!
