Opinion - B8 S4 or B8 A4 (tuned) or 335xi Sedan for Daily Driver
Hey guys, just trying to get some opinions on an S-Line A4 2.0T (B8) vs an S4 (B8) vs 335xi as a daily driver to replace my 07 S4.
Any opinions on the options above?
P.S. MT on all the above cars.

B8 S4 (tuned) or 335 xi (tuned) will be > than B8 A4 (tuned). As I I checked out both the B8 S4 and the 335 xi, I chose the B8 S4. They are both nice machines though.
I would say, drive them both and make the call. It is your car afterall.

I'd be happy with 250~260hp but the A4 seems too low, S4/335 seems more than I need for a daily.
Don't want to waste a great car / spend a good deal of money on a car sitting in the garage in the summer and only really use it in foul weather or winter.

While I agree from a pure driving perspective the S4 and 335 are very close, if you factor in the interior quality, features or style then the S4 wins hands down. If its a daily driver, then this should be a factor... Afterall, you spend all the time on the inside of your car, right?

335i is more comparable to S4, from a performance perspective. Car and Driver compared 335i with S4 instead of using the 335xi. The awd in S4 is a performance must-have for audi, just as rwd is a performance must-have for the bimmer. Just look at all the M models from bimmer, it's all rwd, and all the S/RS models from audi are quattro awd. A4 is out of the question, since it's not in the same league.
IMO, if you live somewhere with any weather element, you can't go wrong with the S4.
