Couldn't agree more. When someone sees my new S4 for the first time the first comment they make is how much they love the two-tone black/brown seats. For me, all black is too dark while the brown/black combo lightens the interior up some without being overstated.

Agreed! The other colors look more sporty, especially with the contrast of the lighter stitching. I usually opt for all black, but I needed a change. Also, the all black, especially in the back seat, looked a little stark to me with the large expanse of smooth black leather.

I saw an all chestnut brown interior in a A5 cabriolet and it looked very luxurious. I'd say the chestnut brown in the S4 falls between the two. A little sporty and a little luxurious. I especially like how it breaks up the doors a bit.

I should note that I would not like it as much if the brown was lighter. Although it doesn't always appear so in pics, it is more of a chocolate brown.

Absolutely fantastic! You have very good taste. Car looks like a work of art that will standout in a very classy and subtle way. Primo

How often do we hear auto reviewers say that Audi interiors are very nice but "stark", "austere", or "cold"? To me, the black/brown interior is the remedy for that.

Unless you are a Niners Fan! Then you would all set for the season opener.
