I notice in your initial pics you have audi center caps on them. Did you get those separately? I have the prestige 19" rims and I thought I read those audi centercaps won't fit the VMR 18" rims.
I tried to have nearly the exact setup as you but could get no commitment from VMR on when 708s would be available again. I even missed my chance as I took 5min too long to call back apparently! So I ended up with 710s instead.

The wheel in the picture, I posed above is 18" VMR 708, in Gunmetal finish. The Audi OEM center cap, dark gray # 4B0 601 170 7Z, works well with VMR Gunmetal finish. They are available form the dealer or Achtuning has them.http://shop.achtuning.com/audi-oem-grey-centercap.aspx
The original post was VMR 708 hyper silver, so the light gray would be better; # 4B0 601 170
Also the dark gray with the chrome ring might look ok on hyper silver;
