It's sad to say that neither the Meteor Grey or the Brown/Black Leather is no longer available on 2012 models in the U.S. It's kind of like having a specially ordered car without having to pay the $2,500 to get it.

Also, for '11 the the brown inserts were labeled as Tuscan Brown. Has the name changed to Mustang? Has the shade changed as well?

That I'm not sure. I've heard both 'mustang" and "tuscan", but it's called something different in Canada and I can't remember which. AFAIK it hasn't changed.... the configurator on Audi Canada has been out of service for days while they switch over to the 2012 models
