I'm assuming your car is Premium Plus, not Prestige Plus, since that doesn't exist. Looking at the options you have, I'd price the car around $49-$49.5K and expect to get about $48K for it if you're patient. I just bought a 2010 Prestige With 6,500 miles and every available option (other than the adaptive cruise) and paid a little more than that price, but also got CPO warranty.

I'm no expert, but $48K to $49K sounds pretty high for a car with 20,000 miles on it and no sport diff or ADS. That same car new is just a few thousand more than that.
But, I guess at the end of the day, its value is what the market will pay (but I'm pretty sure it won't pay $49K)

My 2011 was right at 50K sticker price before any negotiating...granted, I only have the Premium Plus and the only options on it are Nappa Leather and B&O, but it's still the same car only brand new.
Might help to keep that in mind as far as price goes.
A good barometer is to take it to CarMax for a quote. It will be a trade in value but a good place to start.
When I was looking at ordering mine I looked at used ones, and the used S4 does seem to fetch more than one would think...which is why I ordered. ; )

In the fall when we were trading an Acura MDX, we found edmunds.com to be a closer match to what we were actually being offered on trade. Edmunds was higher than what we were offered, but we could usually negotiate up to the Edmunds price. Most dealers would not even come close to the kbb price. I used to always use kbb, but it didn't prove as accurate this time around.

Take it to www.carmax.com and get a free quote for it. You're not obligated to sell your car to them.
