Does anyone else find the stitching on the B8 steering wheel a little rough? I drove a 2011 DSG yesterday, and showed the owner launch control. He was shocked that such a neat feature existed but was 'hidden' by Audi.
I have to say it took off pretty good, but it wasn't an earth shattering launch. I'd say it'll give you good consistent launches, but it's not going to cut 1.7-1.8 60 foot times in all likelihood on a stock car. Maybe the extra weight of 2 of us being in the car was a factor. It was about 75 degrees out.
