This is the same information we have to offer people at the dealership. There is no guaranteed timeframe at the moment, 1st quarter next year is best case speculation.

For those w/ 2011s: contact your SA/dealership. They should be offering free AudiCare for the inconvenience if you did not receive the backup camera. Not sure about 2012's, but may be worth a call.

I'm not sure about AoA, but it appears that (as here) it is up to each individual to work out a settlement. Should be and are are two different verbs and concepts.
