Evening AW peeps - dumb questions #74589653584 - can a B7 RS4 exhaust fit on my 2014 B8.5 S4 - and if so would it be beneficial or should I just shoot for one of the many aftermarket brands already available - I'm thinking since the RS4 is a V8 and my S4 is a V6 that maybe the fitment would be off at least up by the motor - thx for the help AW - cheers

No it won't fit. Check out AWE exhaust. Magnaflow is cheapest. Others available as well.

No I don't. I think I would have problems with the wife if I made the car any louder. However, I have considered doing the X pipe mod. Center resonators replaced with straight pipe and x pipe. Not expensive and it does make the exhaust louder. Those that have done it have been positive about the sound. Not as sweet as full exhaust with stock or replacement downpipes. I have personally heard a DSG car with AWE exhaust and thought it sounded great. Milltek also sounds good to me based on sound clips. ASP seemed raspy. A few yrs back, someone did an extensive sound comparison of the major exhausts. I think it was done on AZ. Exhaust Mod - Resonator replaced w/ X-Pipe (video))
