When I orderd my S4 I intitially wanted the Birch-gray trim. In looking how the birch-gray is presented on the AUDI Site, I thought the gray would go very nice with the red/black seats. So AUDI USA locates a dealer for me with a car in stock that has birch gray trim. I noticed the car had the brown seats. I personally did not like the brown seats but interior choice is a subjective thing - there is no right or wrong IMO.

But I did observe one thing about the birch gray trim: they should have called it Birch-brown trim. There is no gray in it. Its No wonder they have birch-gray in a picture with brown seats in the catolog. I orderd SS trim instead

i ordered at the end of february, the car should have been here this weekend but my dealer told me there were delays so i should be receiving it the 1st or 2nd week of may.. the days seem to go by terribly slow as i get closer to the day get my s4

Thanks for the info. Is it something that can be installed by you or should I get audi service to install it? How did you do it? What is fair pricing?

I installed it myself. Tons of install info in the below thread. I believe I got the shift **** for around $150.
