Hey guys,

I'm about to pull the trigger on a 2010 dsg. But I'd like to have a slightly meetier exhaust sound, without being obnoxious.

I don't want any drone and I still want to be able to drive relax withouf feeling like my head will explode.

Any recommendations?

Granted the APR sounds a LOT different after 500 miles of break in, less rasp, more grunt. Here are some vids shot of that one from inside the car today:

A company in arizona called billy boat yes billy boat makes exhaust for many other guys like apr

Doubtful they make them for APR, they get theirs through Corsa, who owns the IP associated with their RSC technology.

When running the DSG in manual shift mode, the exhaust is too quiet, it is better to have audible feeback on engine RPM, when shifting manually.

The only reason, I am considering an aftermarket exhaust is to exercize the shift paddles. The optimum exhaust would have audible feeback on engine RPM, but not be annoying.
