I like the two tone leather, but the white stitching ruins the look. This is not a pair of Levi jeans. Except for the white stitching on the seats, rest of the car is beautiful. The stitching should match the color of the leather.

Odd, nearly everyone else says that they love the contrasting stick color. I had orange stitching on my black steering wheel as part of the performance package on my last car, which was actually ok to me. I like the contrasting colors, but it's all a matter of personal perference.

First person I've heard mention something negative regarding the stitching color offset as well. I think it makes it look even better regardless of what color two tone you get. It's one of the first things people comment about mine, especially those who aren't really car enthusiasts but have nice taste!

Sorry about the negative stitching comments. I do like the two tone seats though (reminds me of penguins) and I am definitely considering Quartz gray.

I like simple modern designs and the stitching just seems to interrupt the fluid lines (my opinion, everyone has one). I don't generally care for chrome either, though, so I am probably in the minority.

I notices a lot of premium car is doing white stitching on black leather. Even the A4 S-Line is like that. I guess it's not everyone's taste, then I advise you to stick with either black leather or alcantara.

Yes, I think Alcantara will be my choice and it is cheaper also.

The sport differential & B/O audio is a must. Unfortunately the HDradio does not come out till 2011 in the A4 (and maybe the 2011 S4?).

Big choice is prestige or premium plus?
I want the window shades, memory seats and autodimming mirrors, but not the keyless fob. Don't really need the Nav or MMI, but it helps resale.

Is there a place to put the keyless fob, when driving, besides in one's pocket? My wife needs to have a place to put the keyless fob, when she drives (rarely).

Don't want the sunroof, but there is no choice on that item.

Don

Again goes back to preference, I really wanted/needed the Prestige for the Nav which I rely on heavily for work, and all the other options that you mentioned you wanted are also must have for me. If you can get the Prestige package, do so, it's well worth it.

Re; your question on the key fob, there is a place to the left of the steering wheel to put the key fob mimics the same position as normal key start so your wife can place the key there while driving.

Cars with the convenience key can still be started in the typical fashion. She can insert the key in the ignition slot.
