Default S4 Rims Question

I bought my 2010 S4 with the stock 18" rims back in the fall. Now that winter has passed, I'm looking to upgrade my tires to 19". I had my eye on the Audi TT 5 spoke wheels in black/gunmetal, but not sure if they will fit. I called a local Audi dealer and they had mentioned that the 2010 S4 rims have a 47 offset and the TT rims have a 52 offset so it might not work. Has anyone tried different size rims for their car? Any sort of range on size limitations for rims would be very helpful.

Thanks!

You can allways use some spacers.

check out www.hartmannwheels.com or www.vmrwheels.com - they make high quality replicas for our car. Stock 19s have 43 offset. You can get 38 offset from Hartmann or VMR which will look pretty good and fit without any issues.

Check out this very useful AZ thread for examples and info:

a bit off topic, but what's the availability of the stock canadian 18" in the U.S. Has anyone looked into acquiring these?
