Slow pull to the right

Slow pull to the right
About 6 months ago I replaced the P-zeros on my 2011 B8 S4, with all season Michelins. Brake pads and rotors were replaced at the same time, rotors were not under warranty and cost a mint- at $25k miles!!
Since the day the work was done at the dealer, a reputable one here in San Diego, the car has pulled to the right at speeds above 40 mph. At highway speeds an active pressure must be kept on the wheel, crabbing it left, to keep it from moving to the right on its own. After a long trip where I *really* became frustratingly intimate with the issue, I took it in the dealer.
It's been there 3 days and they can't fix it. They've tried alignment (an alignment was done at new tire install), new wheels and tires and today a subframe adjustment- all without fixing the problem.
I haven't been in an accident, or hit big potholes or road debris either.
I'm in an A4 loaner, not a bad car at all, but they don't seem very hopeful.
Have any of you experienced this?

Did they give you the alignment stats (i.e. before and after) when they got it done? Do they acknowledge the problem?
Does it happen on all roads? Under acceleration? Cruise? Coast?
New wheels and tires and it's still acting up?
