It appears you have changed the trim (aluminum or wood is what usually is there) on the doors and over the glovebox, as well as the silver plastic instrument surround. My issue is not with the silver or dark Walnut trim - I like both - but soley with the dash instrument surround's cheap silver plastic look. Can you photo shop any of the black solutions with either the aluminum or wood trim intact as from the factory? It woudl help me decide what to do. Thanks. I posted this at the link but figured better to do it here as well.

I never quite investigated the stainless trim option but it mentioned something about a "piano black" across the dash or something like that. Did they mean the whole area under discussion here? I don't think I've ever seen anyone on the board post pics of this option and I honestly can't remember anyone even talking about ordering it.

With the Stainless Steel option the inlays in the doors are an etched stainless steel and the console area surrounding the MMI controls is piano black, similar to the piano black that is already in there.

It doesn't change the silver painted plastic around the guages.
