Two things with past S4s stand out to illustrate what the B8 is up against to crack 11s:
1. it took a B6 S4 a gain of 100whp to go from full bolt ons at 13.0 to a supercharged 12.2...and that's a 200lb lighter car. 100whp for those 0.8 seconds...and that's what the fastest B8 needs to shave from stock times (primetime was 12.8 and to get into 11s he'll need a similar time drop)

very true. Just pointing out that quite a few of the regulars, who many here think are 'reasonable' were saying that. Supposed experts, who then have their comments echoed by others who may not be as experienced. Next thing you know B5s are getting called out

I actually love both sounds when done right, completely different sounds from completely different engines. I hope my single 4" exhaust doesn't ruin the wonderful sounds ha.

are you the guy that had a pic of his fist fitting in the 4" pipe on the other forum?
How does 4" single work on the biturbo vs dual? or a crossover?

Will see Sat..... I think it will do better.... I didn't get any additional boost from the "tune" I ran 12.67 on.... 5psi is going to give me more than a 1/10ish improvement.... I will let the slips and vids speak for themselves Sat. afternoon once I get home.... I've made too many changes on my predictions already but 12.3-12.4 w/o exhaust and 12.2-12.3 with.... Time will tell!
