looking for 0-60mph and 0-100mph times, not 60' times, or any of the other traps on his 1/4 mile runs.

wasn't sure if he captured those on an onboard computer during at any other time.....

Personally I'd like to see a much bigger supercharger on the RS4...a.k.a. JHM's setup that they're using on the B6/7 S4.

Whatever the case, they'll all have their hands full with primetime!
Yeah agreed... Any times on one yet? APR's site says times coming soon....

In which case, there may be one or two running around the whole country.... We may see turbo charged B8's before SC'd RS4's... lol
My thoughts as well but I would love to see/run one....

No... If we get a nice day in the near future I'll find a nice flat stretch and see what I get 0-60 not sure if I can find a 0-100 spot... low 4's for 0-60 would be my guess...

not sure if you had a onboard device you can run while doing your 1/4 mile runs too, if you're doing any more this year....

I'd like to know why, when you go to a drag strip, they don't give you 0-60 mph? Seriously, with the accurate equipment there, why not? Jeez.

0-60 is not a set distance so how would they know when someone hit 60? the timing points on a track are all preset distances....

So suppose I point a radar gun at a car - why can't they use a radar gun or something like that at a drag strip?

How about tracking the speed of a baseball? I don't see G-Tech devices right on the ball itself.

it actually is! absurd.

Of course the RS4 is only about $40,000 now...with many selling in the 30s. You could have a TVS1320 RS4 for about $55,000. Pretty cool car. I'd want a much bigger blower for much less money though. APR was smart enough to use a quality part, so they were able to charge a premium price. MTM charged $30,000. PES and VF charged $15,000...but they used Eaton M90 kits which were even more inappropriately sized.

believe it or not APR have sold a dozen already

because 0-60 mph is a magazine racer phenomenon

there are a few 'calculators' that you can use to estimate 0-60mph times using 60 foot and 1/8th info etc. Give it a shot. I think they're on Wallace Racing's webpage or something.

Yeah, very tempting.... no doubt. Personally I'd rather not risk that sort of money... buying a $40k car and then spending another ~%50 of the value on a bolt on super charger seems darn risky.

I hope that Primetime (or anyone with a chip) gets to run one of these someday. Would love to see it.
