Car has been in the shop for a week now. Dealer has been replacing parts to find the cause. Latest is the water pump pulley and serpentine belt.

Looking for updates from anyone whose car has this symptom:

My S4 continues to do this even though the temps are much warmer now.........but I don't remember it doing this last year when I first bought it. THe dealer wasn't much help with the usual "unable to duplicate" and even when I left it overnight and met them in the cold morning, it wasn't as noticeable (of course)......but yet I still hear it in the garage and when parked near the building at work. The "master technician" listened with the hood open and claimed to have heard an air injection pump (or something similar.....can't remember) and said that it is common with the new Audis at cold engine startup.; even the R8. Any thoughts?

That video makes me think something is broken inside the supercharger due to the erratic tapping. A lifter is more synched with the engine.
