So what your saying is you like the wood trim?

Seriously though, am I missing something...I thought there were no gains to be had with a new pulley?

Huge +1 here.

I have spoken to 3-4 different people who have not talked to each other and do aftermarket VAG tuning (some large shops, some smaller local ones) and they all stated 2 things very clearly:

1) The stock SC and pulley already push well over the boost the engine is seeing.

2) The pulley is already incredibly small, and changing the diameter is a function of percentage - since it's already so small, going the fraction smaller you possibly could, wouldn't net any reasonable gains. Couple this to the fact that the pulley affects where the optimal boost and power band of the SC occur in relation to the engine, you could actually hurt performance if you caused the SC to peak too soon or late in relation to the engine RPM and where the boost could best help.

I'm very curious to see what Stasis has found, since it counters what I have been seeing and been able to research with regards to Supercharging myself.

Ok you don't like the wood trim......

Too low? we engineer our wheel/tire/suspension fitment to be as aggressive as possible with no rubbing

Exhaust tips can be adjusted in

Sorry you don't like our wheels, we have a new wheels for 2011

Thanks Jeff,

No offense, but very likely the questions I would be asking are not what you can/would answer, since they are going to be closely guarded secrets in order to retain competitive edge until they are more widely known throughout the B8 S4 tuning community.

They are simply to satisfy my own techincal curiosities, so not very important in the overall scheme of things. I am sure these techincal details will all come to light in due time.

This is my selling dealer and I can attest the car (minus the wood trim of course) looks and sounds awesome in person... I've been dealing with SCS for a long time and they are a great dealership from sales to service... if you want more details, call Marty and he'll give you the lowdown

a bit OT, So how are things working out in WV at Summit Point for you guys? Did some people make the big move? Also, is Stasis open for people that want to drive up from DC to get some goodies installed by you directly?
