I'm 6'3" or so but with a taller upper body. I'd prefer a little more head room even with the seat down as low as it will go. Not having a sunroof would help but that is a standard piece of equipment. I manage fine but would have to ride gangsta style if I needed to wear a helmet. No tracking for me at this point though. I'm comfortable in general.

The back seats can only hold two adults--the middle seat is higher and cannot accomodate an adult over 5' and maybe a couple inches.

Another question, what do you think of a car on the lot with 96 miles on it? Something about that bothers me, I almost bought it tonight though.

That could be a lot of drivers and test driven miles. Did the GM or Sales Mgr use it as their vehicle? If so, that could represent a few days of commuting. For myself, that type of mileage on a new car would bother me.

If you have the flexibility to wait 3-4 months, order to spec.

I think it was test driven by quite a few people. The only negative with that is that I am positive everyone who test drove it revved it to the redline - which may or may not be good from break-in perspective since there are 2 camps: DrGP break-in procedures or using steps in manual.
