Pretty much just echoing what has aready been said. I went new because it was only a few thousand more to be able to sell the car later on as a 1 owner and I would know the exact history of the car.

Well worth it to me, might even pay off in the end when I try selling it. I imagine a 1 owner will be worth a tad more than multiple owner cars.

+1 I als went new since the price of used was WAY too high compared to a new car that I pick from A to Z.

As far as sport diff... If you don't drive hard around corners or don't plan on tracking its not a must. If you do then It's a MUST. I personally would not buy one without it because I plan to track it occasionally as a change from tracking my M3. Im curious to see what la times I can get in comparison to my M but first I will need to get equivalent rubber.

I've never found buying one year old used cars to be a good deal. When I purchased my previous car in 2004, Carmax was asking for about $500 more for a used 2003 than I paid for my new 2004 model.
