There are plenty of cars around now unsold. Are more coming each day. Like everyone said availability depends a lot on your dealer. Ask to stand behind them when they are in the Audi system to see exactly their allocation and dates.

I ordered on July 3rd, delivery expected last week of November. They expected they'd be sold out for the entire model year and it seems to be going that way. This car is a big deal for Audi fans so I'd get my order in soon.

Ordered today (8/28) with assigned production week of 11/9 and expected delivery around mid December, so approx 3.5 months for delivery. Kind of dissapointed since the salesman thought it'd be mid November. Didn't find out until after I got home (via phone call) that someone else took the slot and it'd be a month longer. I guess I'm getting it for Christmas!
