I still don't understand why they don't put this stuff entirely on the cars out of the factory, especially with the self healing aspect of it. Would be amazing to have everlasting paint.

In this video, we took a white SUV that has the full hood covered in XPEL's ULTIMATE paint protection film and didn't wash it for over two months. The SUV was stored outdoors everyday and parked under trees when ever possible.

My hood is Xpel Ultimate and it ran around $600. Other parts of the car were previously covered in other films, but when I replace them, I'll probably have them done in Xpel also. That stuff is resilient as hell.
