Additionally, it's how you ask.

A polite, but firm "squeaky wheel" will get a lot further than a demanding, threatening ("I'll buy another brand" threat...) squeaky wheel...

Bruce, did you call AoA to file a complaint? Or did AoA just send you the check?

I didn't call to file a complaint, but a check for 1 monthly payment would be nice. I've already got AudiCare for free when I got the car.
