Mine went today. 2010 purchased in November of 2009. Only has 5,000 miles on the clock though. Driving to work, luckily the warning light went off as I was pulling into the parking lot.
Everything went very well...except I think the tow truck driver may have created a little superficial damage where the tow hook goes. For some reason he thought it would be a good idea to use his leatherman to pry off the cap that covers where the hook goes? Not very bright...but if it is there then Audi Roadside will have to deal with it.
Does anyone have a copy of the TSB? I'd like to see what it says.

Metal water pumps only fail if they have a bad seal and/or are improperly installed (both circumstances are very, very rare). Otherwise, the metal water pumps are fine. The plastic water pumps, however, are dreadful news.
