Wax/Polish of Choice??

Mini should last you a long time (a whole summer). Remember to put it on thin. Autogeek will have it in their buy one get one free section at times and that's a good time to hop on it. You've spent a good amount on your ride so why not give it some pure carnuba love. Most good waxes in this category (dodo supernatural, Swisswax, etc) will cost a pretty penny. If you want to spend a little less but still have a great wax, try either PS21 or DP maxwax. The fun for me is doing it yourself but plenty of good pros out there. Just make sure they are using good products to warrant their price.
For San Diego, can I get away with just Fuzion wax? There's obviously no snow here, I don't live on the ocean any more so salt spray is not an issue.
Or do I need to put down something like Wolfgang or Liqiud Glass sealant at the base?

Holy crap. Wolfgang Fusion is $175. Is the 3 oz mini size for $49 enough to do your car?
I'm not cheap or anything, but Klasse seemed to get the job done for a $15 (and a lot of labor) that lasted the life of my BMW!
If I'm paying $175, someone else is going to do work for sure!
