Personally I would do the following:
REVO or GIAC tune ~1200
Hotchkiss sway bar set ~ 500
Alukreuz or Stern chassis brace (unknown cost on the stern brace at this point)
A set of lightweight rotary forged wheels for ~1500 (TSW nurburgring/interlagos or forgestars)
