Hey, I was thinking of getting VMR 708 or VMR 710 18" wheels with the Dunlop Sport 3D tires as my winter set. this is my first time buying a separate set of winter wheels... thoughts?

I see that Tire Rack has some good packages for the S4 but they all mention needing to use hub centering rings. I had a set of these for my old 2000 A4 and they were terrible (never got good balance and I had to use a chisel to get the rings off after driving with them for the winter). Are there hub centric rims available that don't require the use of hub rings or adapters?
