'18 prestige audi connect not working

'18 prestige audi connect not working
About 3 weeks ago I noticed my app stopped connecting to my car. My car has LTE and the cellular service is still working because I can log in and out from the audi connect section on the car itself, however the key user shows 0 and I can't do anything in there, if I try to add a key user again using my code on my little tag thing it says connection error. In my app I get error E:CV.PA. 5
Before I reach out or go to the dealer (ugh such a PITA to go), does anyone have any ideas? I have tried MMI reboot's and again I know the car has working cellular because I can sign in and out of the audi connect section with my username and password. Thanks in advance!

Scan for DTCs, always step one with electrical issues. The infotainment services cellular is separate from the vehicle services cellular.
If this app is for vehicle services stuff (where's my car, checking the lock status, etc), then that's using 3G in a MY18, and there was a whole service action thing about disabling that (via software update to the J533 connected gateway) as it's a dead function as 3G gets turned off.

The app is no longer a thing for those cars due to the sunset of 3G
Motion for Audi is the replacement, which requires a trip to the dealer. It's primary function is different to the prior app

Thanks for the info, I didnt think it applied to me because my car shows LTE connection and the status for it via ATT is connected and very good, I can even use data services through it as in downloading updates and such. Thanks for the info.

But the word seems to be Audi has stopped offering the retrofit solution and now only updates the software to disable the error, thus also disabling the vehicle services functionalities.
