Default All-season Tires

What tires will Audi put on the car if I order an S4 with the all-season tire option?

You already have a 2024 S4 and you have ordered a replacement already? Why?

Pirelli Cinturato P7 if you are getting 18s.

The S4 doesn't come with 18s.

The only original equipment all season tire identified for the 2024 S4 by Tire Rack is the 18” Pirelli Cinturato P7. Perhaps they are mistaken on the size.

Whatever they are, they won't be suitable for an S4.

Better to get the car built with the normal ultra high performance Y rated summer tyres, which also avoids having the car speed limited to 130mph due to the touring level H rated all-seasons fitted exclusively for North American region cars. On delivery, take those off, sell them and get high performance all-seasons such as Michelin Pilot Sport AS4 or Continental ExtremeContact DWS which are a better fit for a vehicle like the S4.

Agreed. Season dedicated tires are by far the best choice.

AoA made the decision for me. There is a production hold on cars with the 3.0L turbo engine, and I can't find an S4 with all-season tires in inventory. So, I'll end up with summer tires. Next fall I'll replace them with Conti DWS 06, and after I compare them, I'll decide if I want to leave the summer tires in the attic.

I live in Virginia and in February bought a used 2021 S4 in Florida. Of course, it came with summer tires. I found the ride on those tires to be pretty harsh, even in comfort mode. When I got back to VA (February in VA is not very snowy, but is often too cold for summers), I immediately switched to Continental ExtremeContact DWS 06 Plus XL. They made a big difference in comfort and road noise while being as responsive as I need. I won't be going back to summers. I can understand that those who like spirited driving or have to deal with harsh winters might prefer season-specific tires, but all season tires, particularly the Contis, work just fine for me.
